What Personal Information About Client Does 1010 Living gather?

The information we learn from clients helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at 1010living.com. Here are the types of information we gather.

How Secure Is Information About Me?

  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by securing the pages on which you input sensitive order processing information (billing address, credit card info, etc.) which encrypts the information you input.  Other information that is gathered in simple forms (ie: product returns) that is not sensitive (return reason, email, etc.) is not encrypted.

  • We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.  1010 Living relies on our provider to manage our eCommerce transactions online.

  • It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your passwords and to your computer. Be sure you never share any sensitive information with others, and be sure that you are in a secure environment prior to putting any information onto the internet through a browser.
